The quarantine has been lifted! Jersey Animal Coalition has just received word that adoptions can now resume. If you have an application in on one of our dogs or cats, you can now make your adoption official and bring home your new family member!
For close to 10 years he lived happily with a loving owner. Unfortunately his owner developed an illness that made him unable to care for him, so little Ollie was brought to his vet to be euthanized.
Ziggy is an 11-month-old Malti-Poo. His original owners moved and had too many animals to take care of, so he is now in the care of Angels for Animals Network. Ziggy is a super sweet boy without a mean bone in his little, 7-pound body.
his cutie is Pickachoo, known as Pippi for short. Pippi is a 5-pound, 3-year-old Chihuahua, who was left behind when his owners were forced to move. He is a little guy with an irresistible personality that’s bigger than he is!
Kikki and Chloe, two Boston terriers left behind when their owner went overseas, have been rescued by JAC! They are safe now and are being fostered by the no-kill Angels for Animals Network!
Jersey Animal Coalition is now part of Rover.com’s Sit a Dog, Save a Life™ that lets you raise money for local dogs-in-need by doing something you do already… asking your friends, family and neighbors to watch your dog while you travel, instead of leaving him in a kennel!
Jersey Animal Coalition continues to do its compassionate work without the benefit of its shelter. We are happy to offer our assistance to Angels for Animals Network’s adoption program. Angels for Animal Network shares the same mission as JAC’s – that of saving animal lives, regardless of age or physical condition, through adoption and not euthanization.
I would like to point out that for the past ten years, Maplewood and South Orange have had the benefit of services of Jersey Animal Coalition’s no-kill shelter at no cost to them and the taxpayers.
This past year has been a hard one for Jersey Animal Coalition (JAC) and the animals and families we have served for more than 25 years. Because you are an important JAC friend, we want to keep you informed, and ask for your financial support to help us continue our vital work.
During my first visit, it was abundantly clear that the JAC would do anything to save innocent animals. I was inspired by the organization’s unwavering mission to value the life of each and every animal in its care.
